Funeral for a Friend

As those of you in my class know, for most of the year I have had a classroom pet. He wasn't the most cuddly of creatures, but he certainly made the environment more interesting. I spent a lot of time watching him since October, and although I don't feel a need to cry at his passing, I will miss tossing those crickets in every week. If you want to come by and see him someday, he still has a place on my file cabinet.
